Yasmine Gougain Dos Santos Carlos | As a fashion design student, I primarily work with traditional fabrics, but I occasionally incorporate knitwear into some of my projects. I enjoy this technique for its manual aspect. I work with crochet and a knitting machine. For me, crochet is a meditative practice, while the knitting machine, when used with care, produces incredibly satisfying results. What I love about knitwear is the freedom it offers in terms of creation.
